Refund policy

1. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to help if you're not completely happy with your purchase. Please let us know within 1 day of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with a return or exchange. We kindly ask that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

2. If your item isn't quite right, return shipping will be your responsibility, unless, of course, the item is faulty or incorrect. We’re happy to help you with the process.

3. Once we receive and review your returned item, we’ll be in touch to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If everything looks good, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method promptly.

4. Since personalized or custom-made products are unique to you, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless there’s a fault or mistake on our part.

5. Please note that we aren’t able to accept returns for "change of mind" purchases, but we're always here to answer any questions before you place your order to ensure you’re happy with your selection.

6. While we ensure your order is delivered safely, we can’t accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery due to factors at the delivery address (e.g., curious pets). If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.

7. As we use third party for deliveries, please contact us immediately if the product is received damaged on impulseboxnz@gmail.com and we will work on getting you a replacement or refund.
