Shipping policy
1. We offer shipping within New Zealand, including both urban and rural areas. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at the Delivery page
2. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Orders are processed at the next business day. I.e. Order received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders received on public holidays will be processed on next working day.
3. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by external factors, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. If Impulse Box incorrectly addresses your delivery, we will gladly re-deliver, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. However, we are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the sender or customer, or for situations where delivery is not possible due to an inaccessible location.
5. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Impulse Box reserves the right to charge the sender or customer for any additional costs incurred, including pick-up from the incorrect address, administrative fees, and re-delivery fees. If the gift is sent to an incorrect address and discarded, we are not obligated to replace the item
